  • Use the options integrals, as in the case of French toast, use whole grain bread;
  • Abuse of the herbs and a little pepper. The salt is not a good friend.

– Ingredients –

  • wholemeal bread sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of stevia
  • 150 ml of soy beverage light
  • cinnamon (powder and stick)
  • lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing the pan

 

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a pan place the milk, stevia, lemon peel and the cinnamon stick. Simmer over low heat and reserve. Next, beat the two eggs.
  2. Then pass each slice of bread with milk already boiled and the egg. Then, place all the slices on the baking tray, previously greased with olive oil.
  3. Finally, take them to the oven for 15 minutes, turning them to dourarem of both sides.
  4. Once ready, finish with a little cinnamon.

The christmas supper is considered to be one of the seasons most magical of the year, and should not be marked by constraint, but by the power of conscious and happy, along with your. Feed the heart!
